I was given the task of re-branding the Bear Phelps Team. As a team they are one of Utah's best collaborations of realtors. One of the large focuses is directed to builders, which is what we wanted to the logo tailored to. With this in mind the direction my design leaned towards was creating a tough industrial feel to the entire brand. You can see throughout the branding the logo and style that is presented will emulate a strong industrial feeling, that will attract builders.

A photo shoot was carried out in order to create unity and consistency through the brand. They were taken against a cement wall, and the back of the business cards has a dark brushed metal texture added to it. I am in the process of building them a new website that will be consistent with the brand.
